Motion Graphics
Personal project
About the project - I used to live in a building on Bloch Street in Tel Aviv. Today, that building no longer exists. In its place, a new structure is being built.
I created this project as a tribute to the old, 70 year old building that has disappeared. Like so many old buildings in Tel Aviv, it has vanished, taking with it a little of the city’s magic.

A tribute to the rusty iron railings, the old rolling shutters, the red bricks, and the ficus trees that warmly welcome every visitor.
To the worn terrazzo floors, the faded stairwells, and the handrails polished by generations of passing hands.
To the weathered balconies, the creaking shutters, and the quiet stories held within every crack and peeling wall.

By observing photographs of the old building, I captured a few moments with illustrations and brought them to life through motion graphics.
